The finest
The thinness of the fabric determines its fineness and manufacturing time. A fine hat can take between 2 to 10 days to finish, although there are hats that take months, known as superfine and extrafine.

- With the adjustable strap you can decrease the size up to 2 centimeters.
- As it is a handmade product, it could vary slightly.
Hat cares
- Avoid contact with water.
- You should not roll it up to the hat.
- It should be placed on a flat surface.
- Manipulate the hat always by the brim.
- Clean your hat with a slightly damp cloth.
- You could use a conventional iron to restore the wing, please put a cloth before.
- Do not leave your hat exposed to the sun when you are not wearing it, as natural fibers tend to break.
If your hat has lost its shape or has been damaged, we can give it the necessary maintenance if possible
DELIVERY AND RETURNS
We offer free shipping on domestic orders
- Please note that the processing and delivery of orders usually takes 4 to 5 business days.
- If you wish to receive your order earlier, you can choose the express option at an additional charge.
- Orders placed on holidays or Fridays after 12 p.m. M. PST will begin processing the next business day.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification to your email with a tracking number.
- Shipments outside the United States will be processed and delivered within 7 to 10 business days.
Returns are accepted only to purchase different products requested by the customer.
- Returns will be accepted only up to 3 days after you have received your order.
- We do not accept returns of items on offer or items sold at a discount of more than 15%.
- If the return is caused by an error of ours, we assume all the costs of replacing the product.
- If the customer wants to make a return to acquire a different product will have to assume additional shipping and logistics costs.
- Returned products must contain all original labels and seals.
- Returned products must not be broken, crushed, dirty or any other action affecting their original form, unless it is the fault of the delivery company.
